I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology from CUNY Hunter College, which stems from my strong love of exploring the cultures, histories, and complexities of humanity. I've had the opportunity to work as an Archaeologist at James Madison's Montpelier home, as well as getting published as a writer for Archaeology Magazine. My work experience has mostly been in hospitality, managing all types of restaurants in NYC from fine-dining to tiny mom-and-pop shops. I am a proud parent of three cats, one axolotl, two fish, and over one hundred houseplants, with no intent of slowing down. So far, I have visited 19 countries, with Mexico and Thailand being two of my favorites, and am always looking to cross another experience off my bucket list. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, cooking, and doing puzzles of all kinds. You will always find me with a new book under my arm and a hiking/camping trip in my calendar.
